Mid LevelCommunity 1 Lending is expanding its mortgage team and is seeking a high-performing Licensed Loan Officer. This role involves guiding clients through the mortgage loan process, reviewing financial documentation, and building relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities
Guide clients through the mortgage loan process from application to closing
Review financial documentation and recommend loan products
Remain compliant with all lending and regulatory guidelines
Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and referral partners
Follow up on provided leads to convert prospects into clients
Qualification
Required
Must be licensed with the NMLS
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Highly organized and self-motivated
Must be comfortable engaging with clients over the phone on a regular basis
Preferred
Prior mortgage lending experience preferred
