We are seeking an exceptional Senior Platform Backend Engineer to join our pioneering team as an Equity Co-Founder at the forefront of native blockchain execution, delivering sub-microsecond execution speeds and billions of transactions per second throughput.

Responsibilities
Build GraphQL Federation + gRPC gateways sustaining 10B+ RPS at sub-1 ms p99 (Rust/Seastar hot paths)
Ship AI-driven routing & sharding engines (>98 % optimal placement across 5,000+ services)
Deploy post-quantum service mesh (Kyber + Dilithium) with <8 μs overhead and 30 s rotation
Implement zero-knowledge authorization middleware (no metadata leakage)
Deliver exactly-once Kafka/Raft backbone for 100B+ events/day
Launch cross-chain finality APIs at 5M+ TPS with Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos, Polkadot, Autheo L1
Federate data layer (CockroachDB/TiDB/ScyllaDB/Trino) with 20 μs queries + auto geo-fencing
Embed differential privacy (ε ≤ 0.5) + zk-proof audit trails in every response
Enable zero-downtime upgrades across 10,000+ microservices via on-chain registry
Ship type-safe SDKs and one-click endpoint deployment
Prototype bleeding-edge ideas from SOSP/OSDI/USENIX ATC papers
Publish at QCon, Strange Loop, ICDCS
Keynote at Web3 Backend Summit 2026 and WasmCon 2026
Qualification
Required
8+ years shipping 1B+ RPS backends in Rust, Go, or C++
Multiple GraphQL Federation + gRPC gateways launched at 100M+ DAU scale
Hands-on post-quantum crypto (Kyber, Dilithium) and ZK middleware integration
Expert in async runtimes, service mesh, exactly-once semantics, formal verification
Preferred
Staff/Principal experience at Layer-1/Layer-2 or infra unicorn
First-author papers at top systems venues
Patents in distributed systems or applied cryptography
