Responsibilities
Ship robust microservices in Node (TypeScript) and Go
Design API contracts (GraphQL, REST, WebSockets) and enforce schema discipline
Write automated tests (unit, integration, e2e) and maintain CI pipelines
Instrument code for metrics and tracing with dashboards and alerts
Troubleshoot production issues, lead root-cause analysis and remediation
Report actionable progress to the Technical Lead & Architect
Qualification
Required
5+ years work experience
6+ years building production backends in TypeScript/Node.js
Proficiency in Go (or strong willingness to ramp up quickly)
Deep knowledge of GraphQL and REST API design patterns
Familiarity with realtime protocols
Solid AWS experience deploying containerised workloads
Experience adding observability (metrics, tracing, logging) to distributed systems
Solid Git workflow knowledge (feature branches, PRs, code reviews)
Self-motivated
Strong attention to detail
Experience working in agile and remote environments
Preferred
Terraform and GitOps workflows
Experience with Redis, Supabase, Postgres, SQLite, DynamoDB
Exposure to LLM/RAG/MCP pipelines
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM integrations
Advanced CI/CD (multi-stage builds, blue-green deployments)
