Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to identify and qualify potential clients in the education sector
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts
Engage with decision-makers, such as school administrators, educators, and HR professionals, to understand their learning needs and challenges
Present and demonstrate SkillHat's educational programs and services to prospects through virtual meetings, webinars, and presentations
Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals that address the specific needs and requirements of prospective clients
Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive customer experience and maximize conversion rates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities

Required

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in the IT/education sector
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse stakeholders
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
Experienced working on Social Media Platforms
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities
