Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact
Understand client goals and objectives and develop digital marketing strategies (Branding, Web design and development, SEO, SMM, Media buying) to achieve them
Act as a contact person between clients and our agency, ensuring their needs are met and effectively communicated to the project teams
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to clients, including but not limited to branding, web design & development, SEO, SMM, and media buying
Collaborate with the internal teams specializing in branding, web design & development, SEO, SMM, and media buying to execute marketing campaigns effectively
Monitor project performance and provide clients with regular updates and insights
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery, including managing projects to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations

Required

2–4 years of hands-on experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
Enough knowledge of branding, web design & development, SEO, SMM, and media buying
Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Results-oriented and able to work in a collaborative team environment
Strong negotiation, critical thinking, and communication skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
