Responsibilities

Generate & qualify U.S. leads via outbound email, LinkedIn, cold calls, webinars, and partner networks
Conduct consultative discovery—unpack pain points, map them to our SEO, paid media, and development solutions, and craft ROI-driven proposals
Maintain a healthy pipeline in Zoho CRM by forecasting weekly, monthly, and quarterly, and logging all activity
Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers and solution architects to price projects and draft SOWs
Negotiate & close contracts to meet or beat targets
Represent the brand at virtual events, U.S. trade shows (optional travel), and local tech meet-ups

Required

3–5 years quota-carrying B2B sales in digital marketing, web dev, SaaS, or IT services
Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, WordPress, and modern web stacks—able to translate tech into business value
Proven record of ₹50 L+ annual new-business quota attainment
Hands-on with Zoho CRM, phone.com (or similar cloud telephony), and Microsoft 365/Teams
Excellent English; strong written proposals and confident video presence. Malayalam or Hindi is a plus
Bachelor's degree (marketing, business, or related) or equivalent experience

Preferred

Prior exposure to the U.S. SMB market or white-label agency partnerships
Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint certifications
Familiarity with contract basics (NDA, MSA redlines)

Benefits

Commission: 8 – 12 % of gross project value, uncapped.
Ramp-up: only 50 % of quota in the first 90 days, then full targets.
