Provide ongoing support for renewals

Qualification

Required

Licensed - Active Health Insurance Producer License (state-specific)

Experienced - 2+ years of health insurance sales experience

Computer literate – Ready to use and learn technology; Familiarity with ACA guidelines and CRM tools

Consultative – The ideal candidate will have experience as a consultant

Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment

Quick learner – We are looking for someone who can pick up new things rapidly. A fast starter who can integrate new knowledge will be set up for success

Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner; strong negotiation skills

Preferred

Spanish Bilingual - Not required, but candidates fluent in Spanish are encouraged to apply
