Responsibilities
Lead the configuration, deployment, and support of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Time Tracking, and Absence Management
Engage with clients to understand business processes, provide recommendations, and configure Workday solutions to meet their needs
Design functional solutions for Workday HCM modules, document business requirements, and configure the system based on these requirements
Develop test cases, perform unit testing, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) for Workday implementations and upgrades
Provide training and guidance to end users on Workday functionality and workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Participate in the project planning and coordination of activities, working with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
Offer post-go-live support to ensure the effective functioning of the HCM system and resolve any operational issues
Recommend process improvements and enhancements to increase system efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Workday HCM modules
Strong knowledge of Workday Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Reporting
Proficient in Workday configuration, business process design, security setup, and report creation
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients at various levels
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment, with some on-site client engagements as required
Preferred
Workday HCM certification (preferred but not required)
