Responsibilities

Perform manual and automated testing on software applications to identify defects and ensure they meet quality standards

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to test software functionality thoroughly and performance

Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation

Document and track defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring that all issues are properly identified, prioritized, and resolved

Conduct regression testing to verify that defects have been fixed and to prevent regression issues from occurring

Participate in the review and analysis of software requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness

Communicate test results and quality metrics to project stakeholders, including management, in a clear and concise manner

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to software testing and quality assurance
