Data Center Business Developer (Broker)
Kolo is a Northern European data center platform focused on AI, hybrid cloud, and critical digital services. They are seeking an independent Business Developer to source, develop, and close new client opportunities, driving revenue growth by connecting their colocation solutions to key stakeholders in the ICT market.

Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients, including enterprise organizations, cloud providers, system integrators, and IT service firms
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers to uncover colocation and digital infrastructure needs
Leverage your network and industry knowledge to generate high-quality opportunities
Bring deals to Kolo and support them through the sales cycle to closure
Track and report progress, pipeline, and expected deal revenue
Work on a commission-based structure with clear performance metrics
Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning
Collaborate with Kolo’s Sales and Marketing teams to optimize proposals, pricing, and deal strategy
Represent Kolo professionally at client meetings, industry events, and partner discussions
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in independent business development, deal origination, or brokerage in ICT, cloud, or data center sectors
Strong commercial mindset and ability to close high-value deals independently
Well-connected in the enterprise, cloud, or IT infrastructure ecosystem
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work with minimal oversight
Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
Comfortable working on a commission-based arrangement
