Responsibilities
Lead UI/UX design projects from concept to delivery across web, mobile, and digital products
Develop and maintain brand identity systems, including comprehensive style guides, brand manuals, and visual frameworks
Conduct UX research and translate findings into actionable insights, wireframes, and prototypes
Create information architecture, user flows, and low/high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent effectively
Collaborate with stakeholders to define the UX strategy, ensuring design decisions align with both business objectives and user needs
Ensure visual and functional consistency across all user touch points
Partner with marketing teams to design content marketing assets, campaign visuals, and landing pages aligned with brand guidelines
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring on-time, on-brand delivery
Present design concepts clearly to internal teams, clients, and leadership, articulating the rationale behind design decisions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in design, specifically including UI/UX and branding
Proven track record in design leadership, managing or leading cross-functional design projects
Fluent in Figma (for UX/UI) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of the complete UX design process, from user research to prototyping and usability testing
Demonstrated experience with brand design and visual identity development, including style guides and brand uplifts
Familiarity with content marketing design principles and ability to align creative assets with strategic campaigns
Strong project management and organizational skills, able to prioritize, delegate, and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to discuss design ideas with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices
Preferred
Experience with motion design (After Effects or similar)
Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS basics)
Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams
Exposure to AI-assisted design tools or automated design workflows
