Responsibilities
Serve as the initial connection between our firm and prospective clients, providing a friendly and professional experience over the phone and through email
Assist potential clients through the intake journey, and successfully turn inquiries into active cases
Perform preliminary evaluations of potential clients to determine case eligibility and ensure we take on the right matters
Collect, organize, and manage necessary case documentation to support the legal team’s workflow
Maintain consistent follow-up to build strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication
Uphold a high standard of customer service to establish trust and strengthen the firm's reputation with every client interaction
Qualification
Required
Strong English communication skills (C1 level), both verbal and written
Must be bilingual — fluent in both English and Spanish
At least 2 years of customer service experience, demonstrating excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in sales or any client-facing role is required; must be confident driving conversions from lead to active client
Previous experience specifically in Lemon Law intake or related legal case management is a huge plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with Hubspot is a huge plus
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to work independently from a home office, with a stable and fast internet connection and a quiet, professional environment
Must have a laptop or desktop computer with the following minimum specifications: 8GB RAM, Core i5 processor or higher. Additionally, an internet speed of at least 10 Mbps is required
Amenable to work during U.S. business hours
Preferred
Legal industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
