Intogreat Solutions is a technology company seeking a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of specific implementations and projects. The role involves managing customer satisfaction, coordinating team efforts, and leading project life cycles to ensure timely and budget-compliant project execution.

Responsibilities
Oversees customer satisfaction for detailed and complex projects, managing multiple open projects as required
Coordinate team work and cohesion between team members, customer stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure complete delivery of a project
Manage resourcing of each project. Collaborate with the Delivery team to ensure efficient use of capacity and maximize billable time
Lead client discussions, seeking opportunities to enhance end users’ understanding of ERP systems
Work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders
Manage and report on all project artefacts, ensuring they are maintained and up to date (eg Project Pack and customer artefacts as agreed)
Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives and the development and collation of reporting including prioritization, financials, delivery plans and resourcing profiles
Co-ordinate project management life cycles such as work-shopping, scoping, analysis and design, configuration, project proposal, implementation, training and project aftercare
Identify change impacts, developing appropriate interventions and activities Foster relationships with team members impacted by change, supporting them and ensuring open two-way communication
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 10 years experience within ERP Project management at a senior level, including having led and participated in end to end ERP implementations or other significant projects
NetSuite experience required
Preferred
Bachelor degree in IT, Business Information Systems or Commerce is highly desirable
Recognized project management certifications desirable
