Supervisory Realty Specialist-DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITY
USAJOBS is looking for a Supervisory Realty Specialist to oversee the activities of the Real Estate Management Division within the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center. The primary purpose of this role is to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities, ensuring compliance with mission and regulatory requirements while representing the division across various organizations.

Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Real Estate Management Division
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors
Represents the Real Estate Transactions Division with a variety of installation and functional area organizations

Experience requirements are described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Group Coverage Qualification Standard for Administrative and Management Positions
Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-03, equivalent to the next to lower grade GS-13 or equivalent in the Federal Service
Specialized experience must include supervising and managing real estate operations to meet mission and regulatory requirements
Planning and directing organizational activities, overseeing workload distribution, and implementing policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Represent organizational interests with higher headquarters, federal agencies, and local communities, while resolving complex issues and promoting process improvements to achieve mission objectives
Knowledge of the policies, practices, regulations, and laws concerning the real property asset management process and initiatives
Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures
Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and mentor, motivate, and apprise the staff of an organization through subordinate supervisors
Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
Education must be accredited by an accrediting institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in order for it to be credited towards qualifications
Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program
