Partner & Sales Manager

New Generation Management Consulting is a fast-growing startup serving the South African SMME market with affordable, resilient connectivity and IT solutions. They are seeking an ambitious, early mid-career Partner & Sales Manager to help build and manage sales channels, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in their startup phase.

Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and onboarding new reseller and referral partners (e.g., accounting firms, business consultants, industry associations)
Support the development and rollout of partner programs and incentive schemes
Maintain partner relationships and provide regular updates and support
Generate leads and close deals to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets aligned with Circle Tel’s growth plans and budget (R6.5m turnover target for FY26)
Promote bundled, sector-specific solutions to SMME clients
Track sales pipeline and assist with reporting on sales activities
Contribute to building alliances with technology vendors and industry groups
Support co-marketing campaigns and joint customer acquisition initiatives
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to execute go-to-market campaigns
Participate in sales training and enablement activities
Gather market intelligence and feedback from partners and customers to help refine our offerings and go-to-market approach

Required

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or relevant experience)
2–4 years' experience in sales, channel/partner management, or business development (ICT/tech sector preferred but not required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter, adaptable, and comfortable working in a startup environment
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Preferred

Passion for technology and supporting small businesses is a plus
