Responsibilities
Serve as a primary contact for assigned applications or customers during implementation and optimization
Gather input from clinical and operational stakeholders to understand requirements and workflows through structured and unstructured training sessions
Translate customer needs into functional specs and project tasks, working closely with technical teammates while building shared knowledge
Coordinate internal communication across crews making sure no ball gets dropped and insights are shared
Participate in training, testing, validation, and go-live support
Document configurations, workflows, and procedures for knowledge sharing
Create training materials and help facilitate end-user training sessions and knowledge transfer
Triage and track issues escalating to technical teammates when needed
Stay connected to industry best practices and emerging healthcare IT trends
Bring calm, clarity, and positivity especially when encountering turbulence
Go 'wheels up' up to two weeks every month while visiting customers
Qualification

Experience in healthcare environments
Understand clinical or operational workflows

Experience with PACS, VNA, or enterprise imaging systems
Familiarity with HL7, DICOM, or other healthcare data standards
Project coordination or project management experience
Exposure to regulatory requirements like HIPAA
