Licensed to practice in a common law jurisdiction (e.g., UK, US, Australia, or similar)
Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/transactional law, preferably in top-tier law firms or multinational settings
Deep understanding of SPV structuring, offshore jurisdictions, and corporate formation strategies
Track record of managing complex deals with multiple counterparties and high-value stakes
Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and advisory capabilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining excellent responsiveness and professional rigor
