Facilities Project Manager
ECS Group of Companies is a leader in geotechnical, construction materials, environmental, and facilities consulting services. They are seeking a Facilities Project Manager responsible for providing testing and consulting services for the built environment, managing budgets, preparing reports, and ensuring a safe workplace.

Responsibilities
Test and consulting services for the build environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, build envelope consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related services
Exhibit responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
Occasional field and laboratory testing
Interact with senior staff members on a variety of projects
Prepare reports and proposals
Maintain and develop a client database
Manage budgets and prepare invoices
Promote a safe workplace and proper use of PPE
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
2 years of experience in the job offered or any related occupation
1 year of experience with: Façade assessments of commercial and multi-family residential structures including brick masonry, steel siding, curtain wall systems, window wall systems, CMU masonry walls, Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS), and concrete precast/cast in place panels
1 year of experience with roof condition assessments
1 year of experience with water intrusion surveys
1 year of experience with preparing proposals
1 year of experience with preparing cost estimates
