Responsibilities
Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements related to end-to-end use cases delivered by the applications
Evaluating requirements and conducting feasibility analysis
Estimating interventions in collaboration with Project Managers, Architects and Product Owners
Defining end-to-end test plans in collaboration with the Test Manager
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in IT projects for Banking clients, specifically in the current accounts area (Area Conti Correnti)
In-depth knowledge of core banking processes and current account management
Proven experience as Business Analyst in complex projects aiming at optimizing or redesign client's internal processes
Proficiency in Italian & English language
Preferred
Knowledge of PL/SQL language
Knowledge of standard modeling languages (e.g. UML) and notations (e.g. BPMN)
Experience using specific tools for requirements management and analysis (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello…)
Knowledge of Agile methodology
