Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 6–8 Data Engineers and Power BI Developers
Define and oversee implementation of data engineering best practices
Drive development of data pipelines, CI/CD processes, and Medallion architecture in Azure
Collaborate with Project Manager and US stakeholders on requirements and delivery
Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of data solutions
Guide the team on advanced topics such as vector search, hybrid search, and Genie integration
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience as a Data Engineering Tech Lead
Strong background in Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD
Proficiency with Databricks, Python, and PySpark
Hands-on experience with data pipelines, Data Warehouse / Data Lakehouse, and Medallion architecture
Strong understanding of identity and access management (OAuth, OpenID, SAML, JWT)
SQL and Git proficiency
Preferred
Experience with LLMs and AI agents
Knowledge of enterprise search (VectorSearch, HybridSearch)
Familiarity with advanced data security models
