Responsibilities
Assist Office Services Supervisor with all office services responsibilities and maintenance of facility
Ensure the cleanliness of the office. Set up conference rooms for meetings and events. Straighten conference rooms following meetings, ensure reception area and lobby remain clean and tidy at all times, and ensure the overall office remains clean and tidy on a daily basis
Assist with weekly inventory check for supply rooms and kitchens; order supplies when needed. Maintain logs and record information in Excel Spreadsheet
Order food for meetings and events
Assist with shipping and receiving of mail and equipment
Receive deliveries from suppliers/vendors at freight elevator
Alternate reception desk duties with other team members; and
Maintain confidentiality regarding the Firm’s business and communications
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Minimum of 2 years office services experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Ability to work early mornings, late evenings and overtime
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
