Responsibilities
Monitor and enforce Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) compliance across all CZ-USA dealers, distributors, and online retailers
Conduct regular audits of dealer websites, online listings, and advertisements to ensure pricing, imagery, and messaging align with CZ-USA standards
Identify, document, and report MAP violations; issue corrective communications in coordination with sales management and legal
Maintain updated MAP policies and assist in the distribution and acknowledgment tracking of compliance documents
Educate dealers and partners on MAP policies, brand guidelines, and the importance of premium positioning
Track compliance trends, report findings, and recommend proactive improvements to enforcement processes
Partner with marketing to ensure consistent brand presentation and prevent unauthorized or off-brand content usage
Serve as a point of contact for internal sales staff and dealer network on product information, pricing, order tracking, and promotional programs
Manage dealer records, contact databases, and CRM updates to ensure accurate and timely information flow
Support the preparation and distribution of sales reports, performance dashboards, and account summaries
Coordinate logistics for trade shows, dealer events, and training programs (materials, samples, booth coordination, registration)
Assist in developing and maintaining sales collateral, product sheets, catalogs, and dealer communications in collaboration with the marketing team
Track dealer performance metrics and assist with promotional or rebate program administration
Ensure dealer inquiries are routed efficiently and handled promptly by the appropriate departments
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product Management to ensure brand, pricing, and partner support are aligned with CZ-USA objectives
Provide feedback on dealer sentiment, market activity, and pricing trends to leadership
Assist marketing and sales leadership in preparing materials for new product introductions and channel announcements
Maintain organized and accessible records for MAP enforcement actions, sales support requests, and dealer correspondence
Support department colleagues as needed
Complete assigned tasks and required paperwork accurately and on time
Ensure regular and timely attendance to maintain workflow continuity
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor or management
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
High School education
3–5 years of experience in brand compliance, or sales administration, ideally within a consumer goods or firearms industry
Strong working knowledge of retail pricing practices, dealer programs, and e-commerce environments
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with dealers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills; friendly, approachable, motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity
Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and prioritize responsibilities
Demonstrate exceptional communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
Effective use of electronic communication tools (email, phone systems, etc.)
Fluent in spoken and written English with strong communication skills
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to legally possess firearms under applicable laws
Must know basic firearms safety
Ability to pass a criminal background test and drug test
Workload: Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects
Vision: Maintain close visual acuity for computer work, data analysis, reading, and color recognition
Mobility: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing for extended periods, walking long distances, pushing, pulling, and lifting as needed
Dexterity: Perform tasks requiring fingering, grasping, feeling, and repetitive hand or wrist motions
Communication: Speak clearly, follow and deliver detailed verbal instructions, and hear accurately (with or without correction)
Environment: Work in conditions that may include exposure to fumes, odors, dusts, mists, or gases
Preferred
Experience enforcing MAP and brand compliance for premium or regulated consumer products
Familiarity with firearms industry distribution channels, trade shows, and dealer networks
Understanding of brand standards, digital asset management, and retail presentation guidelines
Experience with data analysis and market monitoring tools for online listings and pricing compliance
