Responsibilities

Manage a team of 11+ employees

Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and control the activities of the plant operations and maintenance functions

Maintain the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities, and grounds in an operative and safe working condition

Accountable for maintaining an effective department, administering labor and material controls, and training maintenance personnel in safety

Coordinate quality customer service activities, purchasing, payroll, and budgeting processes

Participate in the work activities of assigned teams by providing assistance and serving as the technical resource

Responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality services that meets or exceeds customer expectations
