Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks
Manage scheduling and appointment coordination
Support project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables
Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Handle incoming calls and correspondence
Assist in data entry and record keeping
Maintain website and marketing materials

Qualification
Required
College diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of office equipment and procedures
Prior internship or experience in an office setting is a plus
