Responsibilities
Serve as the primary functional expert for Workday Supply Chain Management modules
Lead or support Workday SCM implementations and enhancements
Gather, document, and validate business requirements related to SCM processes (e.g., procurement, inventory, supplier management)
Configure and test Workday SCM solutions in line with business needs
Provide SME-level guidance to stakeholders across business and technical teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with finance, HR, and other Workday modules
Conduct user training, support UAT, and troubleshoot post-go-live issues
Document processes, configurations, and best practices
Qualification
Required
hands-on experience with Workday SCM implementations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote and offshore environment
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred
Additional experience with other SCM platforms (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is a plus
