Responsibilities
Provide technical and functional support for electronic trading using FIX protocol (4.2/4.4) across multiple equity products
Collaborate with traders, clients, and vendors to manage FIX onboarding, configuration, and testing
Handle incident management and production support, ensuring stability and availability of FIX environments
Coordinate releases, enhancements, and configurations with clients and internal stakeholders
Work with global agile teams to design and implement solutions, from conception to delivery
Document procedures, provide training, and support knowledge sharing across trade support teams
Qualification
Required
Provide technical and functional support for electronic trading using FIX protocol (4.2/4.4) across multiple equity products
Collaborate with traders, clients, and vendors to manage FIX onboarding, configuration, and testing
Handle incident management and production support, ensuring stability and availability of FIX environments
Coordinate releases, enhancements, and configurations with clients and internal stakeholders
Work with global agile teams to design and implement solutions, from conception to delivery
Document procedures, provide training, and support knowledge sharing across trade support teams
Strong hands-on experience with FIX onboarding and production support
Solid knowledge of Linux environments, scripting (Bash, Python, Java), and system administration
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills with both traders and IT teams
Experience working in Front Office support within electronic trading environments
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
Preferred
Familiarity with pre- and post-trade matching solutions is a plus
