Responsibilities
Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities within healthcare organisations
Build relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and procurement teams
Deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals that clearly communicate ROI and safety benefits
Develop and execute a robust sales plan for your territory, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Work with internal teams to design tailored solutions that meet client needs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Keep ahead of market trends and competitor activity to position Sharpsmart as the preferred partner
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools
Qualification
Required
Proven success in field sales or business development selling complex services
Results-driven with a strong ability to close deals and deliver against ambitious targets
Skilled communicator and negotiator, comfortable influencing at multiple levels
Organised, proactive, and self-motivated — able to manage your own diary and territory effectively
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including overnight stays
