Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat in both English and the target language
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
Assist with order processing, product inquiries, and general account maintenance
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and procedures
Qualification
Required
Fluency in both English and the target language (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed
Preferred
