JANUS Research Group is currently seeking an Intelligence Systems SSO to support the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS, G8). This role involves managing intelligence, electronic warfare, and cyber capability programs, providing analytical and technical expertise, and coordinating with various Army and Joint entities to align modernization efforts with requirements.

Responsibilities

Manages intelligence, electronic warfare, and cyber capability programs within the Intelligence Division

Provides analytical and technical expertise for capability development, prioritization, and validation to support timely and decisive warfighting intelligence capabilities

Develops information papers, briefings, and SPAR/POM inputs addressing performance, affordability, and modernization priorities

Coordinates with ASA(ALT), T2COM, INSCOM, and ARSTAF to align ISR and cyber system modernization with Army and Joint requirements

Required

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business

A minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties

Must have military intelligence experience at the tactical, operational, strategic, and national levels

Must be familiar with the doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with Army intelligence units

Must have the ability to analyze, prioritize and validate Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Cyber requirements to provide the current and future Army with timely and decisive warfighting capabilities that support successful accomplishment of the National Military Strategy

Requires knowledge of the full range of tactical ISR, EW, and Cyber Systems
