Responsibilities

Manages Army Electronic Warfare (EW) programs within the Intelligence Division

Provides analytical and technical expertise on EW capability development, integration, and modernization to counter evolving electromagnetic threats

Develops information papers, briefings, and SPAR/POM inputs addressing performance, affordability, and operational effectiveness

Coordinates with ASA(ALT), T2COM, ARCYBER, INSCOM, and ARSTAF to align EW capabilities with Army and Joint electromagnetic spectrum operations objectives

Required

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business

A minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties

Proficient in evaluating system performance, interoperability, and modernization impacts to counter emerging electromagnetic threats

Possesses advanced analytical and communication abilities to deliver precise, data-driven assessments that strengthen EW capability development and operational effectiveness
