Responsibilities
Provide analytics, oversight and infrastructure support for core compensation related processes
Proactively partner with senior business leaders to drive business/people priorities forward
Join the HR Product team to evolve the way we serve internal customers
Develop artificial intelligence and machine learning based solutions for workforce data strategy and analytics
Qualification
Required
Currently on an extended career break of at least two years
Experience in Human Resources or related fields
Ability to partner with senior business leaders and HR partners
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
Commitment to diversity and inclusion
Ability to make evidence-based people decisions
Preferred
Experience in Compensation, HR Business Advisory, HR Product, or HR Data & Analytics
Experience in product management, agility, or solution architecture
Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions
