Responsibilities
Review plans/specs and define project scope
Create submittal packages: flow diagrams, sequences, device schedules, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and cut sheets
Coordinate with engineering firms, contractors, sales teams, and installation crews
Submit RFIs and manage drawing revisions
Select and order project materials
Support installation teams, track field changes, and deliver as-built drawings
Lead engineering-to-installation turnover meetings
Stay current with controller lines and technologies
Qualification
Required
3+ years designing BAS control systems
Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems
BACnet MS/TP & IP experience
Familiarity with VFD/RTU integrations
Proficient in MS Visio, Word, and Excel
Strong plan/spec interpretation and communication skills
Understanding of construction methods and standards
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Engineering degree preferred (equivalent experience considered)
