Design enterprise integration architectures across Workday Connectors, EIB/DT, RaaS, BIRT, Workday Studio, Orchestrate for Integrations and be a leader in identifying AI practicality

Establish technical standards, patterns, and governance frameworks for consistent delivery across client portfolios

Create reusable integration patterns that reduce delivery timelines by 25-40%

Drive performance, security, and scalability standards for all integration solutions

Lead technical discussions with C-level stakeholders and enterprise architecture teams

Mentor delivery teams on integration best practices and emerging technology adoption

Coach integration leads and raise delivery maturity across the organization

Establish a Center of Excellence with documented best practices and training programs

Evaluate and integrate AI/automation tools into existing integration workflows

Drive technical pre-sales activities and solution scoping for strategic accounts

Collaborate with product teams to influence platform roadmap and capability development

Surface and integrate emerging technologies for measurable client impact

Provide executive-level technical credibility for enterprise sales and delivery

Support integration leads on complex integration projects with hands-on problem-solving
