Responsibilities
You’ll support day-to-day facility maintenance across commercial buildings, focusing on:
Lighting & Ballasts – troubleshooting, replacing, and repairing
Water Heaters – electrical components, basic diagnostics
Basic Electrical Repairs – outlets, switches, breakers, fixtures
General Building Maintenance – pumps, fans, small motors, doors, equipment
HVAC Support – belts, filters, minor troubleshooting (no full HVAC work)
Preventive Maintenance – keeping the building safe, compliant, and operational
Commercial Safety Standards – LOTO familiarity, safe work practices
Qualification
Required
Experience in electrical service and installation
Ability to troubleshoot, replace, and repair lighting and ballasts
Basic diagnostics of electrical components in water heaters
Perform basic electrical repairs including outlets, switches, breakers, and fixtures
General building maintenance skills including pumps, fans, small motors, doors, and equipment
HVAC support skills including belts, filters, and minor troubleshooting
Knowledge of preventive maintenance to keep buildings safe, compliant, and operational
Familiarity with commercial safety standards including LOTO and safe work practices
Ability to work safely in varied conditions, including confined spaces, dusty environments, and hot/cold temperatures
