Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant
Dutech is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, streamlining office operations, and providing exceptional customer support in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities
Greet visitors, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls with professionalism and courteous phone etiquette
Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a professional reception area
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all records
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
Oversee calendar management for staff schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimize time management
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to support basic office accounting functions
Support office management activities such as supply ordering, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with company policies
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally in both English and Spanish
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while supporting administrative tasks like data entry and document organization
Qualification
Required
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional customer support
Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, proofreading, and general office management software
Ability to manage time effectively while supporting multiple administrative functions with attention to detail
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while supporting administrative tasks like data entry and document organization
Preferred
Previous office experience or clerical experience is highly preferred; experience in medical or dental reception is a plus
Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is appreciated
Administrative: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate: Quincy, MA: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
