Responsibilities
Manages combat vehicle and weapon station programs, including M10 Booker, VPS, ISV/GMV, CROWS, and associated munitions
Provides analysis and recommendations on capability development, production schedules, and modernization strategies
Prepares information papers, briefings, and SPAR/POM inputs addressing affordability, readiness, and industrial base concerns
Coordinates with ASA(ALT), T2COM, and ARSTAF to synchronize vehicle modernization and fielding priorities
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business
A minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties
Demonstrates expert analytical and technical skills in combat vehicle systems, weapon stations, and ground mobility platforms
Proficient in evaluating platform performance, integration, survivability, and lifecycle sustainment to inform modernization and fielding decisions
Possesses advanced analytical and communication abilities to produce clear, data-driven assessments that optimize maneuver lethality and platform readiness
