Sales Support & Key Accounts Coordinator
ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, the global leader in access solutions. The Sales Support & Key Accounts Coordinator will support Key Accounts and assist in the sales process to meet growth expectations while collaborating with the Vice President of Sales to develop effective strategies.
Responsibilities
Support and ensure continued success within PTI Security, and assist in closing new business
Maintain, update, and support a valid Key Account PORTAL (internal and external systems) as required
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Ask questions of customers to understand needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Place orders for customers
Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Perform effective online demos to prospects
Ensure a zero-resistance experience for customers when proposing, quoting, and sourcing our products via our certified channel
Assist in all elements of the sales cycle within assigned Key Accounts and geographic areas and/or product line
Executes the sales strategy and territory business plan to surpass all sales objectives from a revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction perspective

Develop detailed business cases and ROI scenarios to document the value of pursuing potential opportunities and related benefits
Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance
Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence
Maintain relationships with existing and new Key Accounts and Dealer channel by gathering customer feedback, leading to improved customer satisfaction, product development, and market analysis
Provide input to product management, communicating the needs of the customers and the marketplace
Respond to solution and product inquiries
Maintain an accurate and ongoing contact database, and reporting of sales activities and Performance goals: annual forecasts, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in sales, account support, and customer engagement
Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong active listening and presentation abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with teammates and support multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think through challenges and ask the right questions
Ability to build positive working relationships and communicate confidently with a variety of personalities
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn; able to take initiative and follow through on tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Creative thinker who can contribute ideas and support continuous improvement
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
Ability to produce accurate, timely work and assist with basic reporting needs
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) preferred, but not required
