Associate Director - Program & Project Management

Oversee and manage delivery of onemore projects andor Lead Competency within Practice Manage and deliver solutions or services independently manage service delivery team in meeting client expectations and ensures operational delivery excellence Ensure Customer Centricity and exceed Customer Satisfaction Manage Practice Capability building and growth
Manage to work on productivity improvement setting up of AMS services and various KPIs
Service Delivery Ownership for one or more projects ensuring client expectations Operational and delivery excellence It also involves ensuring policies practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports customers and stakeholders Govern Project PlanScheduleEfforts Project KPIs Issue Management Escalation Management Periodic Reporting
Responsible for developing detailed plans to drive project activities and guiding the team effectively to achieve agreed milestones within schedule and budget

Responsible for ensuring adequate risk management measures are being taken and projects are executed on time within the target budget limits
Perform causal analysis Identify Implement corrective solutions
