Responsibilities
Lead field operations for healthcare construction projects from ground-up to closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics to ensure safety and schedule compliance
Enforce infection control protocols and ICRA standards throughout the build
Collaborate with project managers and clients to maintain quality and resolve field issues
Conduct daily site walks, safety meetings, and progress reporting
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Superintendent on healthcare projects with a GC
Strong knowledge of hospital protocols, medical facility construction, and OSHA compliance
Ability to manage fast-paced schedules and complex site coordination
Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred
ICRA certification or experience highly preferred
