The role involves operating large scale commercial digital presses and overseeing the production process to ensure quality printed products are delivered efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform Press Maintenance & Operation, such as press cleaning, replenishing of consumables, and replacing of filters & bottles and waste containers to high volume digital presses such as HP Indigo, Xerox iGen, HP Wide Format Flatbed printers, etc

Troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, use diagnostics, and monitor High Frequency Service Items

Calibrate and linearize the system to maintain optimal color output (for digital color presses)

Be the point person and internal expert on the prepress stage of the production process for large scale orders

Coach team members on how to increase quality and quantity of orders produced in house

Oversee the quality process of all jobs before, during and post production

Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned
