Responsibilities

Prepare renewal quotations for transmission to brokers within assigned authority

Gather updated underwriting information, perform rating, and prepare renewal solicitations for assigned brokers

Support underwriters by following up on required documentation such as Motor Vehicle Reports, broker licenses and loss control surveys

Analyze loss reports for adverse development and escalate as needed

Coordinate policy changes and issuance of conditional or non-renewal notices

Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field preferred

Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
