Territory Specialist
ASSA ABLOY Group is a global leader in access solutions, seeking a Territory Specialist to join their team. This role involves handling customer relations, processing sales orders, and providing support within the inside sales team.

Responsibilities
Enter and maintain sales orders and quotes in ERP
Review customer purchase orders for accuracy. This includes communicating with customers regarding all aspects of quotes and purchase orders
Maintain customer shipment schedule
Use CRM Software to log notes and relevant customer information regarding on-going construction and jobsite projects
Be team oriented and personally motivated for success
Qualification
Required
Clear understanding of the sales processes required for success
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
Excellent written & verbal communication skills needed, with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers while working comfortably in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Must be able to prioritize duties and manage time effectively
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of education and experience in a sales & service oriented role
Previous experience in a sales & service oriented role is a plus
Strong phone skills and bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
