They are seeking an Entry Level Procurement Coordinator responsible for coordinating the qualification and compliance process for subcontractors, managing documentation, and ensuring adherence to safety and legal standards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the full subcontractor qualification process, including application intake, document collection, and status tracking

Review and verify subcontractor documentation such as insurance certificates, safety records, licenses, and certifications

Maintain an accurate and organized database of all qualified subcontractors

Communicate directly with subcontractors to request missing or expired documents and ensure timely updates

Ensure subcontractors meet all company standards, client requirements, and regulatory obligations before approval

Collaborate with internal teams (Safety, Legal, Risk, and Project Management) to review subcontractor qualifications

Support vendor onboarding efforts and manage renewal schedules for expiring credentials or insurance

Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline qualification procedures
