Responsibilities

Execute Comprehensive Testing: Conduct functional, E2E, and smoke testing of Salesforce-developed products, ensuring robust quality across all system personas (e.g., admin, end user, manager)

Develop & Maintain Test Cases: Design, document, and continually update test cases and scripts based on product requirements, user stories, and technical documentation

Defect Tracking: Identify, log, and track defects; work collaboratively with development teams for prompt resolution

Test Planning: Collaborate in the creation of test plans and ensure comprehensive test coverage for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Developers to understand requirements and ensure testing aligns with business needs

Automation Awareness: If applicable, contribute to or leverage automated testing frameworks to optimize testing cycles

Regression Testing: Ensure existing functionality remains unaffected after new releases or updates

Documentation: Maintain detailed, up-to-date testing documentation and test result reports
