Qualification

3+ years of experience handling complex commercial litigation; experience with securities and financial services litigation a plus but not required
Ability to independently manage and/or support concurrent cases at various stages of litigation, including but not limited to pleadings, depositions, discovery, client communication, and court appearances
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills and record of strong academic performance
Licensed to practice law in California; additional bar admission(s) a plus
