Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across customer lifecycle, billing, and support workflows
Lead process documentation for new systems and operational transitions (e.g., migration from CloudCheckr to next-generation reporting tools)
Support the creation of automated reporting templates for account, cost, and operational health dashboards
Identify and drive opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
Serve as a technical operations support liaison between Strategic Communications, AWS, and key technology vendors to ensure accuracy of customer provisioning, billing, and renewals
Oversee AWS account transitions, including partner handoffs, account reconciliations, and permissions alignment
Track vendor delivery milestones, maintain partner contact records, and coordinate joint service rollouts
Collaborate with vendor partners, like AWS, to ensure proper application of Partner Program discounts, private offer pricing, and reseller benefits
Produce and maintain dashboards for task completion rates, billing accuracy, and platform adoption metrics
Reconcile data across ticketing systems, billing tools, and internal reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with reseller reporting standards
Support the operational transition between billing platforms, including data migration, automation validation, and report alignment
Support pre-sales engineering teams with FinOps consulting related to pricing, usage, and software commitments
Lead or assist in delivering quarterly FinOps performance reviews for the top 20% of strategic accounts
Work closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and Accounting to maintain synchronized data and operational alignment
Support post-sales operations readiness, including customer onboarding, service tracking, and reporting accuracy
Ensure continuous communication flow across internal stakeholders during operational changes or vendor platform migrations
Role requires time reporting in TigerPaw/Rev.IO system of record. Time should be input daily but no less than weekly for internal utilization tracking and other required contractual reporting

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of operational or administrative experience within enterprise technology, cloud services, or IT service delivery environments
Hands-on experience using CloudCheckr (or equivalent AWS billing optimization tools) for AWS reseller billing management, invoicing, and reporting
Experience supporting the operational transition between billing platforms, including data migration, automation validation, and report alignment
Proven familiarity with AWS Partner Program discount structures, including how discounts, SP/PPA, and reseller pricing are applied across customer accounts
Demonstrated experience transitioning from CloudCheckr to other FinOps platform ensuring data accuracy, report continuity, and automation integrity
Working knowledge of AWS billing and account structures, including payer/account hierarchies, CUR access, and account ownership processes
Proven ability to author and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and performance reports
Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

Preferred

Familiarity with cloud FinOps principles and post-sales service delivery
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Pivot Tables, Outlook), ticketing platforms (e.g. TigerPaw/Rev.IO), and documentation tools (e.g., SmartSheets)
Experience managing transitions between SaaS or reporting platforms
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain operational documentation, reporting tools, and process workflows
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new tools and systems
Process-driven mindset with enthusiasm for continuous improvement and automation
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and task ownership
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
