Responsibilities
Lead the development technology strategy and priorities, and execution and delivery across the technology and business teams
Scope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, and qualify the implications and “so whats”
Conduct research and analysis on technology trends and innovation opportunities and perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public source
Work with team to develop work plans to test / evaluate strategies and insights which could span process improvement, organizational change, and functional strategy efforts
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and communications
Advise and influence senior leaders and executives on key business decisions and major change initiatives
Develop deep trust-based advisor relationships with key stakeholders and ensure client is satisfied throughout engagement
Work collaboratively with team members across lines of business and cross-functional teams; maintain composure and presence in difficult stakeholder meets
Develop junior team members both formally and informally, including serving as a mentor
Identify potential roadblocks / obstacles and escalate issues as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
Proven track record of leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve
Strong technical fluency, with deep familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies
Excellent and efficient skills using spreadsheets, presentation tools and AI applications
Design and lead the planning and coordination of leadership meetings and strategic events
Lead one or more client projects, including managing multiple people across several workstreams
Collaborate with the team to build hypothesis sets, analyses, and roadmaps for solutions
