The Account Resolution Representative will be responsible for collecting outstanding balances on delinquent accounts and educating members to resolve and prevent future delinquencies.

Responsibilities
Contact members with loan and/or account delinquency by phone, letters, and emails to negotiate payment arrangements
Answer inbound calls from members regarding delinquency
Maintain up to date and accurate collection notes
Post member payments made by telephone
Track accounts with negative shares and loans for payment and prepare for charge off if not paid
Educate members on Overdraft Privilege Option
Identify and inform management of potential underwriting problems
Posting payments to accounts
Gathering information to assist struggling members to modify loans and repayments
Understands the Bank Secrecy Act and how it is applied
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
One month to twelve months of similar or related experience
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
Must have High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D
Proficient with standard office business machinery and software. With working experience of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
