Supporting transaction teams and the investment committees with co-investment strategic advice and execution support
Creating, negotiating and overseeing bespoke strategic partnership agreements with some of the world’s largest institutional investors to maximize the benefit to our clients

Qualification

Investment experienceAnalytical experienceNegotiation skillsRelationship managementCo-investment transactionsCommunication skills

Required

Strong technical investment and analytical experience and commercial / negotiation skills
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities, balancing competing objectives
Proven capability in negotiating and agreeing commercial terms with investment partners

Preferred

Ideally, experience in managing co-investment transactions or leading capital formation work streams
Ideally, investment experience either in asset management or investment banking
