Mid LevelDallas Baptist University is seeking an Administrative Project Manager to provide leadership and oversight in University Housing for students in the Residence Halls. The role involves ensuring clear communication, supervising administrative tasks, managing budgets, and maintaining the upkeep of the Residence Hall facility.

Responsibilities
Serve as the liaison formally and informally with other departments in Student Affairs
Manage budgets by preparing and carefully recording all expenditures and expenses for the Resident Halls
Maintain scheduling of events and represent Housing when needed
Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
Other duties as assigned by the Director of University Housing and VP of Student Affairs
Manage room assignments, process room requests and maintain housing charts
Utilize StarRez to maintain student housing records
Facilitate any needed updates through the StarRez application for the upcoming school years for the Resident Halls and Upperclassman
Supervise and manage resident check-in and check-out system
Maintain Residence Hall key system
Attend weekly staff meetings and student retention meetings
Serve on committees as assigned; provide tours of facilities to prospective students and/or their parents
Facilitate any needed updates through the StarRez application for the upcoming school years for the Residence Halls and Upperclassman Housing
Serve as the liaison formally and informally with other departments in Student Affairs, such as Athletics, International Department, etc
Coordinate and maintain proper room inventories
Maintain appearance of Residence Halls
Communicate Residence Hall maintenance requests and urgent needs to Physical Operations
Qualification
Required
The Administrative Project Manager should be a Christian and have a desire to mentor college students
A bachelor's degree is preferred, but in-progress will be accepted
